I have just had a minor operation at the Yorkshire Clinic related to Urology. Mr Baldo and all the nurses were incredibly professional and all the way through were very attentive and pleasant. The standard of care here was to a high standard even as an nhs day patient. The hospital is very clean and comfortable.

Once you get to see the medical staff it's great and the facility is clean, modern and tidy but it would seem the management side of the hospital is poor. I was sold this hospital as a private facility however it seems to be swamped with NHS patients. Ended up waiting over an hour extra for my first appointment then another 20 minutes for my second. The back office staff performed poorly, this is not helped with a phone system that is overly complex and far to difficult to simply speak with one of the reception team. Once through to them they more often than not transfer you through to a voicemail service. Several attempts over the course of several days to eventually receive a call back from someone who has clearly not even bothered to listen to the messages you have left. After patiently waiting for days and even weeks I still had to chase up appointments, procedure bookings, letters etc which only added time to the treatment of my condition. As a NHS hospital this is a great place, for private patience paying a considerable sum of money I would unfortunately have to say this is poor and that there are far better options.

I recently had a hip replacement surgery with Dr Brew,he did an amazing job,the staff were absolutely brilliant,they really looked after me,and after care was smashing, thank you to all involved.

First time staying at The Yorkshire Clinic. Really well looked after by all health care professionals. I am eating 3 course meals every meal time , my two stone drop in weight would be back in no time if I stayed here for long.

I have to tell the truth about this clinic, I had some health problems that bothered me for several years. I was recommended by the NHS to the Yorkshire Clinic which I went to immediately, I must admit I had a good impression from the reception itself that I had come to the right place and not the wrong one. After the surgery I had with team in The Yorkshire Clinic to tell the truth in percentage of my problems I had 100% maybe between 3-5% of my previous problems remained, so that team that worked on my problem removed over 95% my health problems. I would recommend anyone not to avoid this Yorkshire clinic as everyone will be amazed at the service they provide to every patient no matter who and where the patient is from. I was scared about the operation, I remember they started joking around me, I knew they were doing it to make it easier for me to fall asleep from anesthesia, after a short time I was in my room, I was surprised when the wonderful nurse told me that the operation was very successful. This is just a small part of my true story about The Yorkshire Clinic and Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic for your great kindness*****
