Arrhythmia, pacing and device therapy (both automatic implantable defibrillators and resynchronisation therapy with biventricular pacing). Preventative cardiology, including management of hypertension and hyperlipidaemia. Management of chronic heart conditions especially syncope (Blackout Service), heart failure, stable and refractory angina (enhanced external counterpulsation)
I have a special interest in cardia therapeutics with an emphasis on careful medication and avoiding side effects of treatment.

PUBLICATIONS - Mainly in the field of Bradyarrhythmia and syncope but more recently in the management of heart rate.
